pr.co AI Assist Supplementary Terms

Introduction

These pr.co AI Assist Supplementary Terms (“pr.co AI Assist Terms”) form a part of the Terms of Service, as applicable, between you and pr.co (the “Agreement”). These pr.co AI Assist Terms apply to your access and use of any pr.co AI Assist feature(s). Any terms used herein have the same meaning as in the Agreement.

“pr.co AI Assist” means any feature(s) or functionality made available by pr.co and labeled as pr.co AI Assist that utilize data models trained by machine learning.

“Input” means Content that is provided as input to be processed by pr.co AI Assist, e.g. your news release content.

“Output” means received output generated and returned by pr.co AI Assist based on the Input.

How pr.co AI Assist works

pr.co AI Assist is a feature that uses machine learning models trained by OpenAI to generate and assist with written content. When a user submits a request for assistance by clicking the pr.co AI Assist button, the feature processes Input provided by the user (such as news release content) using the machine learning models. Output generated by pr.co AI Assist is then returned to the user. Input is only processed by pr.co AI Assist when a user manually submits a request by clicking the pr.co AI Assist button.

Opt-in

pr.co AI Assist is opt-in functionality. Only by agreeing to the pr.co AI Assist Terms, pr.co AI Assist is made available to all users within your organization in the pr.co application.

Input and Output

You are solely responsible for the development, content, operation, maintenance, and use of your Content. You will ensure that your Input and use of pr.co AI Assist and Output will not (i) violate any applicable law; (ii) violate these pr.co AI Assist Terms, the Agreement or the Terms and Conditions; or (iii) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any of our rights or the rights of any third party. You acknowledge that due to the nature of machine learning and the technology powering pr.co AI Assist features, Output may not be unique and pr.co AI Assist may generate the same or similar output to pr.co or a third party.

Your Input is not accessible by OpenAI employees or third parties, and won’t be sold or rented, or used for advertising purposes.

pr.co AI Assist feature use restrictions

You may not use pr.co AI Assist or Output (i) to mislead any person that Output from the Services was solely human generated; (ii) to generate spam or content for dissemination in electoral campaigns, or (iii) in a manner that violates any technical documentation, usage guidelines, or parameters.

Warranty disclaimer

pr.co does not make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of pr.co AI Assist or the accuracy of any other information obtained through pr.co AI Assist. You understand and agree that any material and/or data obtained through the use of any pr.co AI Assist feature is done at your sole risk. You should not rely on factual assertions in output without independently fact checking their accuracy. Output that appear accurate because of their detail of specificity may still contain material inaccuracies. pr.co AI Assist cannot dynamically retrieve information, and output may not account for events or changes to underlying facts occurring after the ai model was trained. No information or advice, whether oral or written, obtained by you from pr.co or through pr.co AI Assist shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.

Service level terms are not applicable

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in your Agreement or the Service Level Terms, downtime of pr.co AI Assist that results from a failure of a third party service will not be included in the Availability and Downtime calculations.

Third-party provider policies

If you choose to use the pr.co AI Assist feature(s), you may not use the pr.co AI Assist features in a manner that violates any OpenAI Policy, including their Content Policy; Sharing and Publication Policy; and Community Guidelines.
