With AI Assist, you can now define your brand voice by selecting the options that best represent your brand's tone and personality. AI Assist will ensure that all texts align with your brand’s voice every time you use it. This defined voice will be used as context for every AI Assist action.
Customize your brand voice with four key tone dimensions:
- Formality
- Humor
- Respectfulness
- Enthusiasm
Additionally, you can specify extra tones to further personalize your communication. AI Assist supports both English and Dutch versions, allowing you to tailor language preferences. You can even provide additional context to help AI Assist make the content more relevant and aligned with your brand’s identity.
Once your brand voice is set, it will be used as context when generating text for headlines, summaries, and metadata. AI Assist will also reference your input from your boilerplate and about texts, in addition to any extra context you provide.

Setup your Brand voice
- In your PR.co account, click on AI Assist in the sidebar.
- Navigate to the AI Assist tab.
- Choose your preferred settings for: Formality, Humor, Respectfulness, and Enthusiasm.
- Optionally, define Additional tones to further personalize your brand voice.
- For English and Dutch, select your preferred language versions.
- Finally, enter any additional Context to help AI Assist tailor results more precisely to your needs.
- Hit Save to save your brand voice.
Now that you've configured your brand voice, every time you generate texts with AI Assist, it will seamlessly use your preferences to ensure consistent, on-brand content.
