Product update: content translations

Translating campaigns used to mean copying content, creating new campaigns, coordinating with translators, and briefing team members separately. Now you have two streamlined options depending on whether you're translating yourself or delegating.

Translate individual releases

Working on a news release? Click "Translate" in the top toolbar to translate your current draft without leaving the editor.

The AI Agent provides a first-pass translation of your title, summary, and body content. The focus is on giving you a solid starting point that you can refine. If you don't love the translation, you can always revert to your previous version using the "Revision history" button.

This workflow is designed for when you want to handle the translation yourself, right now.

Delegate campaign translations to your team

Select "Create translation" from any campaign's action menu. Choose your target language, and the system duplicates your campaign and switches it to that language as a separate campaign.

If the AI Agent is enabled, check the box to have it handle the translation. This gives whoever works on it a complete first draft to refine.

Assign a publisher directly when creating the translation. They receive an email notification and can start work immediately. Use the assignment message field to add context about local market considerations, preferred terminology, or localization requirements.

This workflow is designed for when you want someone else to handle the translation, with all the context they need to do it well.
