Product update: new media monitoring service.

We’re launching Media monitoring, a new core feature for tracking brand mentions across the web. Not every journalist sends you a link when they write about you. Media monitoring automatically finds coverage you’d otherwise miss, helps you track competitors, and lets you respond to stories while they’re fresh.

What you can monitor

Set up search queries for your brand name, products, competitors, or industry keywords. Monitor as many topics as you need — each query runs continuously and updates in real-time when new mentions appear. Track competitor activity, spot industry trends, or set up crisis monitoring alerts. Filter results by language, country, or sentiment to focus on what matters most.
